?Will your pest control treatments harm my pets or children?

No, they will not. Pest control is an industry based on science. When pesticides are needed, they are applied in a manner that takes specific aim at the pest in question.

?Will your treatments damage my house in any way?

Our treatments will in no way damage your home or structure in any way. Any formulations that we use will leave no staining of any kind, and they have no odor.

?What is the difference between what you use and what I can buy off the shelf at a home center?

The materials that we use at Michalak Pest Control are restricted and you must have a license to apply it. In addition, you must have knowledge regarding the ingredient’s intended use, target insects and application techniques.

?How much will this cost?

The cost is variable and depends on the type of infestation you have, the service plan you select. Let us just say that we pride ourselves on quality work at an affordable price.

?Why should we hire you instead of one of the larger companies in the area?

Technicians at most of the larger companies are paid partly by commission. Therefore, the faster they get in and out of your job, the more they make. We do not work that way. At Michalak Pest Control, we are there to take care of your job and we never “clock watch” when it comes to service.

?Do you have experience in bed bug control and elimination?

Bed bugs are a modern-era epidemic, and Michalak Pest Control is experienced in dealing with infestations of all kinds.

?How do I tell if I have bed bugs?

Bed bug infestations are often identified by tiny brown or red blood and excrement stains on mattresses and bedding, and multiple bites in straight lines. Bed bugs are about the size of an apple seed and are difficult to notice. Thanks to their brown exoskeleton and a flat body, bed bugs easily hide in cracks, crevices and dark locations. They are commonly found between mattress and box spring, behind headboards, inside upholstered furniture, behind loose trim boards (such as baseboards), between loose wallpaper and wall, in the folds of bed linens and in any other tiny space close to you. Bed bugs are tough critters with a natural resistance to nearly all commercial grade insecticides. The finest way to eliminate bed bugs?
