Wildlife Removal and Control

Wildlife in its natural habitat is wonderful to observe. However, when you suddenly observe such wildlife in your attic, garage, or under your deck, expressions other than wonderful come to mind.

Take the example of the common raccoon. A raccoon may be a novelty in the field out back, but it may carry a variety of diseases and parasites that could pose a health threat to those who play where raccoons feed and defecate.

If wild animals find their way into house, home or building, the damages can be monumental. They may build nests or dens inside your attic, in your basement, and inside vents. Animals seek out areas that protect them from the elements or predators, and that are somewhat undisturbed by people.

Our wildlife program eliminates infestations of raccoons, skunks, squirrels, opossums, chipmunks, woodchucks and other common urban critters. Our goal is to safely and humanely remove them and keep others from returning.

We follow 4 regular steps for wildlife removal and control:

  1. Inspect – view and document conditions inviting to wildlife such as sanitation issues or building deficiencies that enable infestations of wildlife
  2. Identify – describe the specific types of wildlife, where they are living, and likely populations
  3. Remove – humanely trap wildlife and remove them from your premises
  4. Provide suggestions for shoring up areas around the home or building that provide ready access for wildlife
